Dr. F. Ato Conduah
Dr. F. Ato Conduah, Esq. is a Management and Marketing Communications Consultant. And a Corporate Lawyer with 24 years’ international work and consulting experience. He has 24 years’ international work and consulting experience. He studied in Ghana, UK and USA. He holds a research PhD in Marketing. He was USIA/YALI Fellow-USA (1994). He lectured at GIMPA, University of Entrepreneurship, and was adjunct faculty at KNUST Business School. He has consulted for Government Ministries, educational institutions, corporate organisations, church organisations, financial institutions and development partners. He is a member of several professional bodies.
Mr. Kwasi Owusu
Mr. Kwasi Owusu is currently the Deputy Controller and Accountant General in charge of Financial Management Services. Prior to occupying his current position, he was the Acting Deputy Controller and Accountant General in charge of Finance and Administration (F & A).He brings to the board enormous experience in public financing and accounting sector.
Before, being put in charge of F and A, he was the Director of Administration. He was also given an additional assignment in January 2, 2013 to July 2013 as the acting Project Director for the Ghana Integrated Financial Management Information System (GIFMIS).
A Chartered Accountant by profession, Mr. Owusu holds Masters in Business Administration from the University of Durham Business School in the United Kingdom.
Mr. Kwasi Owusu has worked with CAGD for twenty-eight years. Before his appointment as Director of Administration, Mr. Owusu was the Head of Treasury, Berlin Mission, Germany and has held various positions, including Director of Payroll Processing at the Treasury Headquarters, Director of Finance at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital. He had earlier worked as the Project Accountant, Ministry of Health/USAID, ODA.
Mr. Kofi Eba-Miezah Polley
Mr. Kofi Eba-Miezah Polley, is currently the Chief Business Development Officer at the Peoples Pension Trust Limited has over a decade diversified experience in varied Social Security Administration positions at Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) and five years’ experience in the financial industry.
Kofi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Universalizing Social Security, from the Institute of Social Studies, The Hague Netherlands, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi.
In 2012 Kofi was appointed the General Manager for Universal Pension Masters Trust. At Universal Pension Masters Trust, Kofi built a focus mind-set specifically among the staff. This was evident in the smooth implementation of the company’s Second Tier Pension policies and programmes.
In the financial industry where Kofi worked as the General Manager for JISLAH Financial Services Limited and Wealth Vision Financial Services Limited, he was a valuable contributor to the sales/marketing teams and drove better alignment, on which he revamped innovation on funds mobilization and debt recovery.
